Caribbean Kibbutzim
Do you love the Caribbean?
Do you care about Haiti, Jamaica, Cuba, and the many other tiny island nations in that Turquoise Sea?
Do you wish that all the Caribbean island nations could be safer, happier, healthier, more prosperous and better educated?
The Kibbutzim in Israel are communal villages with over a hundred years of experience in building communities with these desirable qualities!
This is a Scholarship and College Course Proposal
We offer a scholarship program to create a course designed to educate students in the West Indies about the Kibbutzim in Israel.
The course wil be open to students in the fields of
Education, Psychology, Nursing & Medicine, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics,
Music, The Fine Arts, Environmental Science, Horticulture and Agriculture.
The scholarship will send students to Kibbutzim during the Summer to learn how they are created, how they are maintained,
and how they provide the good life for their members and many important benefits for the larger region and other communities around them.
The hope is that a personal educational experience of the Kibbutzim in Israel will encourage students who would be interested
to establish collective villages in the island nations of the West Indies.
Many students will certainly recognize that they too have the character traits that are conducive to successful communal living.
Such communal villages would have great potential to bring prosperity to their members and to provide a beneficial stable economic and cultural influence in their region.
So here is the Course Title:
"The Caribbean Kibbutzim of the 21st Century"
